Appartement "Residence Villa Elena"

Once the residence of the noble Marchionneschi family, the ancient villa is located in a peaceful spot a stone’s throw from Guardistallo, a medieval hillside village in the heart of the Etruscan Coast, 7 miles from sandy beaches and shady pinewoods. Recently restored, it retains its original character as a sober, elegant private residence. Villa Elena is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday in a family atmosphere, marked by unspoilt nature, sport, culture, traditional local events, and fine cuisine.

No two the same, the apartments are located in the main Villa and in the near dependences. They are all spacious and comfortable, furnished in Tuscan style, with a fully-equipped kitchen area, telephone, satellite TV, safe, and hairdryer.

The two-room apartments (type A,) can sleep up to 4 people. They are composed of a living room with a kitchen area and a double sofa-bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom.

The three-room apartments (type B,) can sleep up to 6 people. They are composed of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, two bathrooms, and a living room with a kitchen area. Two extra beds can be in the living room or the bedroom. 

There are two swimming-pools: the main pool measures 14 x 7 metres, and from 80 cm to 3 metres in depth. The children’s pool is round, 3 metres in diameter and 70 cm deep. From the sun terrace next to the pools, equipped with deckchairs and sunshades, guests can admire wonderful views over the countryside and the sea.
